I offer both online and in-person sessions. My in-person work is based in Trinity, Edinburgh.
We can also switch between online and in-person depending on your needs and circumstances. For example, some clients find it helpful to begin with a few in-person sessions to build trust and familiarity before moving online for convenience. Others prefer to decide week by week which format works best for them.

No - there’s no fixed commitment required. You’re free to take things at your own pace and decide what feels right for you.
Some people come for a few sessions to work through something specific, while others prefer ongoing support over a longer period. We can figure that out together as we go, based on what you need and what feels most helpful.
My aim is to support you in a way that feels sustainable and respectful of your time, energy, and circumstances - not to lock you into anything.

This is a model I’ve developed for clients who find it difficult to commit to longer-term therapy, often due to time or financial constraints, but who still want focused support for a specific challenge.
It typically involves six weekly 65-minute sessions, followed by optional monthly 65-minute sessions for ongoing support and maintenance.
However, you don’t need to choose the 65-minute format even if you’re only looking for a few sessions. You’re very welcome to go with the standard session length if that feels like a better fit for you.

While ongoing therapy often allows for deeper and more lasting change, I do offer one-off sessions for a specific challenge. These are priced at £75 for an 65-minute session.

Some people find that standard sessions end just as they are beginning to get into something important. In that sense, longer sessions can be more efficient than standard 50-minute sessions, as they give us enough space to both explore an issue in depth and begin working through it within the same session. This often means you may need fewer sessions - or less time overall - to reach the same outcome.
They are most suitable for:
those with busy schedules who prefer fewer, more in-depth sessions
those who feel they need more space to settle into the work, particularly when working through more emotionally complex or layered issues.
